This page shows all ways of getting support and the TOS for receiving support for any Outlaw Development Resources!

For support for any of our scripts, you need to be in Outlaw Discord. To get any support you will have to create a ticket by going to the ticket channel or by using the bot! We will support you with your ticket and your ticket only!

Please Note I Will Not Give Support Via Private Messages.

Terms For Support

Who is eligible for support?

  • Any verified customer or verified developer of that said customer

  • Anyone who is not verified must verify via a ticket or the discord box by providing their Store Purchase ID / Proof Of Purchase (POP)

  • Anyone who is using a leaked version or does not have their Purchase ID or any other way of showing Proof Of Purchase will not receive support

What to expect from support:

  • You can expect detailed and easy installation guides/documentations that have common errors which will provide fixes if needed

  • You can expect responses in a decent time, it is only two of us currently who does support so you must allow grace for that

  • We will only provide support via the English Language as we only speak that language. If needed you can use a translator at your discretion

What NOT to expect from support:

  • Teaching you or your verified developer how to code or write code

  • Installing any of our resources for you on your server or anything for that matter

  • We will not give support to anyone who is using leaked resources or is leaking my resources

  • We will not give support for any resources that weren't made by Outlaw Development

Before contacting for support:

  • Please make sure you have read the documentation on that script and have looked through the common issues or errors

  • Keep in mind that our scripts run on multiple servers without issues so most of the time the issue is with improper installation or configuration

  • Please make sure you are keeping cool and being respectful to me as we reserve the right to remove your ticket at any time if we see fit due to attitude issues

  • Try to google the issue. Believe it or not, FiveM is a very huge community and loves to help others so your issue may have been fixed by someone else

  • Please make sure to make the right ticket as it can take time to organize the tickets as at times we have lots of tickets
